Mazzen's Method

My name is Mazzen, and I am a bodybuilder that wants to spread his passion for fitness and well-being to everyone around him. I am currently studying at The Ohio State University. Go Buckeyes! Since I was a young kid, I have been immersed in the fitness realm. It began with me learning Tae Kwon Do in my early years and receiving my 2nd Degree Black Belt. I played basketball throughout middle and high school, which led me to discover weightlifting and bodybuilding. 4 years later, I am an avid bodybuilder that goes to the gym 6 days a week and has shared his passion of fitness with many people. I want to spread that passion with you as well.

Fitness is important for many reasons. I am a firm believer that everyone wants to live a long healthy life. As many of you have probably seen, people will eventually reach an age that will cause their health to go into a downward spiral. That is completely normal as it is life. However, I believe through fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, anyone can prolong the inevitable. One time I watched a fellow gym goer do 10 one-handed pull-ups, and he was 60 years old. Many people at that age experience chronic back pain and have a hard time remaining mobile, and this man did 10 one-handed pull-ups. This is my proof to you that anyone can live a very healthy, long, and mobile life if fitness and living a healthy lifestyle is prioritized.

The reason many ambitious people fail to start their fitness journey is because starting seems to be overwhelming to them. “What gym should I go to?”; “What exercises should I do?”; “What should I be eating?”. These are all questions that overwhelm people in starting their fitness journey, and I promise you it does not have to be Mazzen's Method overwhelming. I have personally experienced this as I used to feel overwhelmed with questions on different aspects of fitness such as exercise form, diet, and sleep. This website is going to give you methods to not make the start-up of your fitness journey difficult. There will be many different videos of exercises that you can do to hit a certain muscle group, and you will see tips and advice throughout the website involving diet and other aspects of life to make starting your fitness journey easy.

So, are you ready to transform your life for the better? Before you even start, I want you to come up with a goal you want to accomplish within a specific time frame. If a goal is not set before you start, you will have no direction to move in. Once that goal is set, I want you to come up with a good understanding of how you are going to achieve that goal. What time will you be going to the gym; what will your diet look like; what time will you be sleeping? Lastly, I want you to go and act. You can tell all your friends and family that you are going to start your fitness journey, however, words mean very little. Go get your gym membership, watch my videos to get a baseline of where you should start, and accomplish your goal. I wish you all the best of luck on this journey you are going to embark on, and I cannot wait to see you achieve your goals!
